Bob Paulson, JD, MBA

Accomplished leader energized by driving growth and delivering results in fast-paced, dynamic and evolving public and privately-held medical technology companies. Extensive cross-functional operating experience, with the demonstrated ability to raise capital in challenging financial markets, develop and implement new strategies and business development opportunities, and assess and execute successful strategic exit transactions. Recruit, build, and retain strong leadership teams – develop, lead and execute cultural and organizational change in a variety of environments with ethics and integrity – excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Bob was recently CEO at Restore Medical, Inc. (sold to Medtronic in July, 2008), CFO at Endocardial Solutions, Inc. (sold to St. Jude in January, 2005), and held leadership positions at Advanced Bionics Corporation, Surgical Navigation technologies, and Medtronic prior these engagements.

Tim Z. Murray, MBA

Executive with deep experience in content businesses, past experience includes Xerox Corporation, Stryker Medical, Karl Storz Endoscopy, InterZine Productions (Venture Funded Startup sold in 1998), Thomson Reuters, and Wells Fargo Private Bank. Before joining Wells Fargo, Tim worked in a variety of roles at Thomson Healthcare, moving from VP of Business Development at Micromedex to VP of Strategic Initiatives over all of Thomson’s twelve healthcare focused entities generating $700 million in revenue. During his tenure there they completed $460 million in acquisitions, including healthcare content companies like Gardiner Caldwell, Praxis Press, Physicians World, Solucient, and Gold Standard. Tim has an MBA from Harvard.

Art Zeile

Art Zeile has repeatedly engaged with smaller, undercapitalized companies possessing sound business models and grown them into much larger companies, delivering outstanding returns to both management and financial equity holders. From 1994 to 1997, he founded and ran Link-VTC, a multi-point videoconferencing service for multi-national companies. Link-VTC was the second-largest provider in its market at the time it was sold to Global Crossings 1996. From 1997 to 2005, Art ran Inflow, a web-based application services company. Inflow survived the bursting of the Internet bubble to expand to 21 data centers serving over 1000 customers, and sold to SunGard Availability Services in 2005. Thereafter he ran QTC Medical, which delivered medical examination services to over 40 government agencies using 32 nationwide clinic locations. Art is currently the CEO of HostMySite, a leading web hosting and data center company. Art has a B.S. from the U.S. Air Force Academy, and earned an M.A. from Harvard University as a John F. Kennedy Fellow. Art currently sits on the boards of Systems Maintenance Services, the Halyard Fund and the Denver Area Council of Boy Scouts of America.

David Weld

David delivers a wealth of knowledge and expertise in software, data analytics, business development, and general management. David is currently an executive vice president at OCS, a leading healthcare outcomes measurement company, where he manages technology, corporate development, business development, and finance. David sits on the board of Dentra, a leading dental informatics provider. David has held executive and senior management roles in technology and business intelligence companies for more than 25 years. He served as the CEO of PivotLink, Inc., a leading Software-as-a-Service business intelligence provider. David also has been involved with several successful early-stage startups, including three as CEO. He spent five years at Microsoft as a group manager and director, where he shipped the first two versions of Windows NT, the first two versions of MSN, and helped launch Slate, the pioneering online magazine, which David named. David has an A.B. in computer science and Russian from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
